TCS Offices in Quetta: Express Centre Addresses, Timings & Contact

All TCS Express Centres in Quetta

Read each address carefully: many entries are in other Balochistan towns and districts, which is useful if you live outside Quetta. Hours are shown exactly as TCS lists them. Where the locator had no hours or impossible hours, we show "Confirm with TCS" instead of guessing.

Quetta centres open in the evening

These 2 centres were listed as closing at 9:00 PM or later. They are useful if you can only drop off a parcel after work:

• EXPRESS CENTRE MAIN — until 10:00 PM. Near Dr. Bano Road Main Jinnah Road Quetta
• SAMUNGLI ROAD EXPRESS CENTER — until 9:00 PM. Near Hot & Chilli Samungli Road Quetta

Of the 35 centres, 35 have usable hours on the official locator. The most common pattern is 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM. Sunday and public-holiday hours are not published per centre, so read our Sunday guide and call before going.

How to pick the right Quetta centre

1. Match the address, not just the name. Centre names on the locator are often short (a road or market name), so read the full address and open the map link.
2. Check the hours for that row. In Quetta, 32 centres share the most common hours, but others close earlier or later.
3. Confirm the service. Not every centre handles every service — such as international shipments, document attestation or bulk COD drop-offs. Call the listed number or the UAN 111-123-456 first.
4. Collecting a parcel? Ask TCS which centre is holding it. A tracking scan that names Quetta does not tell you which counter has your parcel.

What to bring to a TCS office in Quetta

Booking a parcel at a Quetta Express Centre: step by step

1. Pick a centre from the table above and confirm it is open.
2. Tell the counter the destination city and whether the parcel is documents or goods. Staff will suggest the services available for that route (for example overnight, economy or same-day where offered).
3. Staff weigh the parcel and quote the charge. Prices depend on weight, route and service, so see our charges guide for what affects the price, and ask for the final amount at the counter.
4. Check the receipt before you leave: receiver's name, address and phone number, and the CN number.
5. Photograph the receipt. The CN number is what you, the receiver and TCS support will use to track the parcel — see where it's printed.
6. Share the CN with the receiver so they can follow the parcel on our tracker.

If your parcel is held in Quetta

A parcel can be held at a Quetta centre after a failed delivery attempt, an incomplete address or a receiver who couldn't be reached. First check the latest tracking status, then contact TCS with your CN number and ask three things: which centre has the parcel, how long it will be kept, and what ID is needed to collect it. If delivery is being retried, confirm your address and phone number with TCS. For more help, see what to do when a TCS parcel is not delivered and what each tracking status means.

For online sellers and COD shipments in Quetta

If you sell online from Quetta, keep a list of the centres nearest to you with their listed hours, so you know where to drop off or ask about returns. Cash-on-delivery accounts, pickup arrangements and payment terms are agreed with TCS directly — read how to get a TCS COD account, what COD charges to check and how COD tracking works.

Avoid fake "TCS office" numbers in Quetta

Scammers send SMS or WhatsApp messages saying a parcel is held and asking for a "re-delivery fee" or customs payment. Before you pay anything, check the CN on the tracker, compare the caller's number with the numbers TCS itself publishes (the listed numbers above, or UAN 111-123-456), and never share card PINs or one-time passwords. If in doubt, visit a centre from the table above or use the official TCS customer services page. To complain, follow our complaint steps.

Packing tips before you visit a Quetta centre

Packing well at home saves time at the counter and lowers the chance of damage on the way. These tips apply to any TCS centre in Quetta:

• Use a strong box a little larger than the item, and fill empty space with paper or bubble wrap so nothing moves when you shake it.
• Wrap each fragile item separately, and tell the counter so they can advise on handling or insurance.
• Seal liquids in a leak-proof bag and ask whether that item can go by air or needs a ground service.
• Put documents in a plastic sleeve inside the envelope so rain or spills don't damage them.
• Remove old labels and barcodes from reused boxes so they don't confuse sorting scanners.
• Write the receiver's phone number clearly. Most failed deliveries happen because the rider can't reach the receiver.

Some items cannot be shipped at all, and international parcels have extra rules. Ask the counter before you pack anything unusual — such as batteries, perfume, medicines or valuable items — and declare the contents honestly.

Sending documents or parcels abroad from Quetta

If you're sending something abroad from Quetta, call the centre first to check it accepts international bookings. Bring your original CNIC, and know the receiver's full overseas address, postcode and phone number. Customs may ask for an accurate description and value of the contents, and some countries restrict common items such as food, medicines or electronics. After booking, the parcel may show fewer updates while it moves between countries and through customs. Our international tracking guide explains these gaps, and our international rates guide covers what affects the price.

How long does delivery take from Quetta?

Delivery time depends on the service you book, the destination, the booking time and any holidays — TCS does not publish one fixed time for every route from Quetta. Ask the counter for the expected delivery date when you book, then follow the parcel on the tracker. Our delivery-time guide explains what can speed up or slow down a delivery.
