2. Match the full street address and open the map link — don't rely on a similar branch name.
3. Check that centre's listed hours, and confirm Sunday or holiday opening before you go.
4. Confirm the centre handles your task: booking, collection, international shipments or a business enquiry. Call the listed number or UAN 111-123-456.

Collecting an undelivered parcel

A tracking scan naming your city does not tell you which counter can release the shipment. Give TCS your consignment number and ask where the parcel is held, whether you can collect it and what ID or authority letter is needed. Confirm before asking someone else to collect for you.
