How to Calculate TCS Shipping Charges

Our TCS Price Calculator gives you an instant estimate of courier shipping costs based on real TCS Express rate cards. Simply enter the origin city, destination, and package weight to see pricing across all available TCS delivery services.

The calculator accounts for actual weight vs. volumetric weight (L×W×H÷5000), applies the correct rate slab, and adds applicable charges for GST (17%), COD collection fees (1% of COD value, min Rs. 50), and insurance (0.5% of declared value, min Rs. 50).

Factors That Affect TCS Shipping Cost

Several factors influence the final TCS shipping cost:

Package weight: Heavier packages cost more. TCS uses weight slabs.
Package dimensions: Large but lightweight items may be charged by volumetric weight.
Service type: Same Day is most expensive, Second Day is cheapest.
Distance: Intra-city shipments are typically 10-15% cheaper.
COD and Insurance: These add-on services incur additional charges.
