Find the CN on the booking information
Start with the sender's booking receipt, shipping label or dispatch confirmation. Look for a field labelled Consignment No., CN or tracking reference. Receipt layouts can change, so there is no reliable rule that the number is always in one particular corner. Read the label beside the number before copying it. If you have several receipts, match the sender, recipient and booking details to the parcel you actually want to check.
Online shoppers should open the seller's dispatch message or order details and look specifically for the courier name and tracking reference. An invoice number, payment reference or store order ID can look like a tracking code while identifying a different record. If the seller only says the order has been processed, ask whether it has been handed to TCS and request the consignment number from that handover.
Copy the number without losing information
Treat the CN as text, not a calculation. Preserve leading zeros and compare every character with the original receipt. Copying from a photograph can confuse a zero with the letter O or a one with another character. Do not add a TCS prefix simply because you saw it in an example online. The reference supplied by the sender is the starting point; an assumed format is not a substitute for the actual number.
This website removes spaces and hyphens and checks for 7–20 letters or digits before sending a lookup. That is an input sanity check used by this tool, not a published statement that every TCS service issues the same reference format. Passing the check does not establish that a shipment exists. If your reference is not accepted here, compare it directly on the official TCS tracking page or ask TCS which reference applies.
Track the parcel and read the dated events
Enter the CN in the homepage box and select Track Shipment. You do not need an account on this website for the lookup. A successful record can include a status and dated transit events; available fields depend on what the source supplies. Read the latest event's date and location together. A displayed city is normally a recorded scan location, not a map of the rider's current position.
A number can have the right length and still return no record. Check for copying mistakes, confirm that TCS is the carrier, and ask the sender to confirm physical handover. A newly created booking may not yet have public scan events, while an older shipment may no longer be available. This guide does not promise a particular registration delay or retention period because the public sources do not establish one universal rule.
Missing reference, duplicate orders and privacy
If you do not have the CN, ask the sender or the shop first. They are normally the best starting point for the booking record. This tracker does not search by phone number, CNIC, recipient name or address. Official TCS support can explain any identity checks needed to help locate a booking. Do not publish identity documents in a comment or share another person's receipt to obtain a tracking number.
One store order may be split into more than one parcel, so ask whether there are several courier references. Conversely, a parcel containing several items may be represented by one booking. Confirm the relationship with the sender instead of assuming one order equals one CN. Keep your receipt until the delivery issue is resolved, and share the reference only with people who need to manage that shipment.
Do not decode digits into invented shipment details
A tracking reference alone does not tell this website a parcel's contents, value, origin or delivery date. Those details must come from a genuine returned tracking record or the booking information. We do not assign a city or service to a prefix without an authoritative published specification. For a shipment problem, save the dated tracking result and follow the complaint guide rather than repeatedly changing digits to search for a matching parcel.
